RETURN POLICY

We want customers to be satisfied with their order. At the same time, clear return conditions apply for certain products for hygiene, health protection, safety, or usage reasons.

RETURN PERIOD
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 calendar days after delivery.
To use this right, the customer must contact us within this period via:

After notifying us of the return, the customer has another 14 calendar days to send the products back.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Products can only be returned when they are:
unused;
unopened, if applicable;
sealed, if applicable;
not tested or used;
in the original packaging;
complete;
undamaged;
in sellable condition.
For products that are not suitable to be returned after being opened, used, tested, unsealed, damaged, or made incomplete for hygiene, health protection, safety, or usage reasons, the return may be refused.

OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS
Products that are opened, unsealed, used, tested, damaged, incomplete, or no longer sellable may not be suitable for return.
These products can therefore not be returned or refunded, except in the case of a valid defect, damage upon delivery, or an incorrectly delivered product.
If an opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or no longer sellable product is still returned, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a reduction in value.

PARTIAL RETURN
If a customer has ordered multiple products, they may only return the products that are still fully unused, unopened if applicable, sealed if applicable, complete, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Products that are opened, unsealed, used, tested, damaged, incomplete, or no longer sellable cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a valid defect, damage upon delivery, or an incorrectly delivered product.
In the case of a partial return, only the amount for the correctly returned products will be refunded.

RETURN OF BUNDLES AND SETS
When products are sold as a bundle, set, 2-pack, 3-pack, or other promotional offer, this offer is considered one commercial bundle at a reduced total price.
A bundle can only be returned in full when the entire bundle is complete, unused, unopened if applicable, sealed if applicable, undamaged, and in original condition.
It is not possible to return only part of a bundle for a proportional refund, unless Studio Cee has accepted this in writing beforehand.
If Studio Cee exceptionally accepts a partial return of a bundle, the bundle discount expires. The products that the customer keeps or has opened/used will then be charged at the normal individual selling price that applied at the time of purchase. Only the possible remaining difference may be refunded.
Example: when a customer buys a 2-pack at a reduced bundle price, this 2-pack can only be returned in full if both products are unused, complete, undamaged, and in original condition. It is not possible to open, use, or keep one product from the 2-pack and automatically return the other product for half of the bundle price.

RETURN COSTS
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
The customer is responsible for a correct, safe, and sufficiently paid return shipment.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Unpaid return shipments or cash-on-delivery return shipments are not accepted.
The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by us.

RETURN ADDRESS
Returns must be registered in advance by email via info@shopstudiocee.com.
After receiving the return request, we will provide the return instructions and the correct return address.
Do not send products back to the manufacturer, supplier, or another address without our prior return instructions.
Returns sent without registration, without order number, or to an incorrect address may be delayed or refused if we cannot correctly identify the return shipment.

CHECKING THE RETURN SHIPMENT
After receipt, we check whether the returned products meet the return conditions.
If a product is opened, unsealed, used, tested, damaged, incomplete, or no longer sellable, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a reduction in value.

REFUND
When a return is accepted, we refund the amount for the correctly returned products through the same payment method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.
We refund within 14 calendar days after the customer has informed us of the withdrawal. However, we may wait with the refund until we have received the products or until the customer has provided valid proof of return shipment.
In the case of a partial return, only the amount for the correctly returned products will be refunded.
In the case of a full withdrawal of an order, standard delivery costs will be refunded if these were paid by the customer. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded.
Costs for already carried out additional services, such as Priority Processing & Support, are not automatically refunded once the service has been fully or partially started or carried out.
If a product is returned opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or no longer sellable, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a reduction in value.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
Is a product defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered? Contact us as soon as possible via info@shopstudiocee.com with:
order number;
clear photos of the product;
clear photos of the packaging;
description of the problem.
If the issue is valid, we will provide an appropriate solution according to the legal guarantee.
Damage caused by incorrect use, normal wear and tear, careless opening, incorrect storage, or damage caused by the customer is not covered by this policy.
