These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Studio Cee webshop.

By placing an order through our webshop, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Return Policy.


  1. PRODUCTS

Studio Cee sells various consumer products through its webshop. The specific product range may vary and is displayed on the product pages of the webshop.

We do our best to describe our products as clearly, completely, and accurately as possible. Images, packaging, colours, dimensions, materials, accessories, and product presentations may slightly differ from the actual product, without affecting the essential characteristics of the product.

Product descriptions, benefits, results, applications, and user experiences are intended as general commercial information. Individual experiences may differ per customer, use situation, and product type.

Studio Cee does not guarantee any specific personal, physical, aesthetic, social, practical, romantic, medical, or other result unless this has been expressly confirmed in writing.

The customer is responsible for carefully reading the product information, specifications, dimensions, instructions for use, and any warnings before purchasing.


  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payment is made through the payment methods available on the checkout page. An order will only be processed after payment has been successfully completed.

Studio Cee reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, misuse, incorrect information, technical errors, payment problems, or obvious pricing errors.


  1. ORDER AND CONFIRMATION

After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation by email.

The customer is responsible for correctly entering their name, address, email address, phone number, and other order details.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, additional costs for reshipment, correction, or processing may be charged to the customer.

Studio Cee is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


3.1 PRIORITY PROCESSING & SUPPORT

During checkout, the customer may optionally choose Priority Processing & Support. This is an additional service on top of the purchase of the product.

This service may include faster order review, priority administrative processing, priority customer support, faster handling of questions, change requests, cancellation requests, and other follow-up related to the order.

By selecting and paying for Priority Processing & Support, the customer expressly requests that this service starts immediately after placing the order, including within the withdrawal period.

Because this service can be started immediately after the order is placed, the fee for Priority Processing & Support is non-refundable once the service has been fully or partially started or carried out. This also applies if the customer later wishes to cancel, change, or withdraw the order, even if the order has not yet been shipped.

If an order is cancelled at the customer’s request before shipment, the product price may be refunded. Services already started or carried out, including Priority Processing & Support, are not automatically refunded.

This clause does not limit the statutory rights of the consumer in cases where those rights apply.


  1. DELIVERY

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

The expected delivery time is usually 9 to 14 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or in order communication.

This delivery time is indicative and may vary due to carrier workload, customs checks, strikes, force majeure, holidays, logistical delays, incorrect or incomplete address details, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, the customer’s absence, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a parcel from a pickup point on time, additional shipping or processing costs may be charged to the customer.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the customer or a third party appointed by the customer, other than the carrier, has physically received the goods.


4.1 FAILURE TO COLLECT PARCELS / PICKUP POINT

The customer is responsible for correctly following up on the delivery of their order. This includes checking the tracking information, emails, spam folder, SMS messages, carrier notifications, and any messages from a pickup point.

When a parcel cannot be delivered at home and is made available by the carrier at a pickup point, parcel point, post office, or parcel locker, the customer is responsible for collecting the parcel on time within the period provided by the carrier.

If a parcel is not collected on time, is refused, cannot be delivered due to the customer’s absence, or is returned because the customer did not follow the delivery instructions or carrier notifications, this is the customer’s responsibility.

In that case, the customer has no automatic right to free reshipment or a refund. Any costs for return shipping, reshipment, address correction, storage, processing, or administrative follow-up may be charged to the customer.

If the parcel is returned to us and we receive it correctly, unopened, unused, undamaged, and in sellable condition, Studio Cee may, at its own discretion, offer a new shipment after the customer has paid the additional shipping and processing costs.

If the customer does not want a new shipment, any possible refund can only be reviewed after the parcel has been received and checked by us. Already incurred shipping costs, return costs, processing costs, and any loss in value may be deducted.

Studio Cee is not responsible for the customer not receiving, missing, or ignoring emails, tracking updates, SMS messages, spam folder notifications, or communication from the carrier or pickup point.


  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 calendar days after delivery, without giving a reason.

If the order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the day on which the consumer physically receives the last item.

The customer must clearly inform Studio Cee within this period by email at info@shopstudiocee.com. The email must include the customer’s name, order number, and which products are being returned.

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the customer has another 14 calendar days to send the products back.

For certain products, specific return conditions may apply for hygiene, health protection, safety, or usage reasons. These conditions are included in the Return Policy below.


  1. EXCEPTION FOR OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS

For products that are not suitable to be returned after being opened, used, tested, unsealed, damaged, or made incomplete for hygiene, health protection, safety, or usage reasons, specific return conditions apply.

Such products can only be returned when they are unopened, unused, undamaged, complete, sealed if applicable, in the original packaging, and in sellable condition.

The customer loses the right of withdrawal for products that have been opened, unsealed, tested, used, or damaged after delivery when those products are not suitable to be returned for hygiene, health protection, safety, or usage reasons.

Products that are opened, used, tested, unsealed, damaged, incomplete, or no longer sellable cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a valid defect, damage upon delivery, or an incorrectly delivered product.

If a product is returned opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or no longer sellable, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a reduction in value.


  1. RETURN COSTS

The costs for returning products are borne by the customer, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Return shipments must be sufficiently stamped and paid for. Unpaid shipments or cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.

We recommend sending returns with tracking. The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by us.


  1. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

We refund within 14 calendar days after the customer has informed us of the withdrawal. However, we may wait with the refund until we have received the products or until the customer has provided valid proof of return shipment.

In the case of a partial return, only the amount for the correctly returned products will be refunded.

In the case of a full withdrawal of an order, standard delivery costs will be refunded if these were paid by the customer. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded.

Costs for already carried out additional services, such as Priority Processing & Support, are not automatically refunded once the service has been fully or partially started or carried out.

If a product is returned opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or no longer sellable, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a reduction in value.


  1. BUNDLES, SETS, AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

When products are sold as a bundle, set, 2-pack, 3-pack, or other promotional offer, this offer is considered one commercial bundle at a reduced total price.

A bundle can only be returned in full when the entire bundle is complete, unused, unopened if applicable, sealed if applicable, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.

It is not possible to return only part of a bundle for a proportional refund, unless Studio Cee has accepted this in writing beforehand.

If Studio Cee exceptionally accepts a partial return of a bundle, the bundle discount expires. The products that the customer keeps or has opened/used will then be charged at the normal individual selling price that applied at the time of purchase. Only the possible remaining difference may be refunded.

Products from a bundle that are opened, used, tested, unsealed, damaged, incomplete, or no longer sellable cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a valid defect, damage upon delivery, or an incorrectly delivered product.

Promotional deals per customer

If a customer places multiple orders during the same promotional period and those orders fall under the same promotional offer, bundle offer, discounted deal, special price or commercial promotion, we may treat those orders as one combined promotional deal per customer for the purpose of returns and refunds.

This applies regardless of whether the customer placed the products in one single order or in multiple separate orders, where the orders clearly relate to the same promotional offer or discounted deal.

A combined promotional deal can only be returned in full if all products received under that promotional deal are completely unopened, unused, sealed, complete, undamaged and in their original condition.

Once one or more products from the combined promotional deal have been opened, unsealed, tested, sprayed or used, a full return of the promotional deal is no longer possible for hygiene, safety and health protection reasons.

If we exceptionally accept a partial return of unopened products from a promotional deal, the promotional discount no longer applies. The products kept, opened or used by the customer will then be charged at the normal individual selling price that applied at the time of purchase. Only the remaining difference, if any, may be refunded.

This clause does not limit any statutory warranty rights or mandatory consumer rights that cannot be restricted under applicable law.


  1. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, the customer must contact Studio Cee as soon as possible via info@shopstudiocee.com.

The customer must provide the order number, a clear description of the problem, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

In the case of a valid issue, we will provide an appropriate solution depending on the situation and in accordance with legal obligations, such as replacement, repair, refund, or another legally required solution.

Damage caused by incorrect use, normal wear and tear, unauthorised modifications, incorrect storage, careless opening, or use that differs from the normal purpose of the product is not covered by this policy.


  1. LEGAL GUARANTEE

The legal guarantee remains applicable according to Belgian and European consumer law. These Terms and Conditions do not limit the statutory rights of the consumer.

The legal guarantee does not apply to problems caused by incorrect use, normal wear and tear, damage caused by the customer, incorrect storage, careless opening, or use that differs from the normal purpose of the product.


  1. LIABILITY

Studio Cee is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, missed opportunities, emotional damage, social or romantic expectations, or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.


  1. COMPLAINTS

Complaints can be sent to info@shopstudiocee.com.

We do our best to handle complaints as quickly as possible.

Submitting a complaint does not suspend the customer’s payment obligations.


  1. PRIVACY

For the processing of personal data, we refer to our Privacy Policy.


  1. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

All agreements with Studio Cee are governed by Belgian law.

Disputes will preferably first be resolved by mutual consultation.

If this is not possible, the competent courts of Belgium shall apply.

This clause does not affect mandatory consumer rights that apply by law.
